Our devices are designed and scaled to mesh smoothly into the environments where they will be solicited on an industrial scale.

CITP manufactures a wide range of equipment for an extensive customer base, active in all sectors. We can manufacture products to be used under tough conditions: high temperatures, highly aggressive fluids, highly corrosive fluids, significant pressure variations. In fact, sometimes all of these constraints are present.

We can run a wide range of varied tests, determined by the content of our customer’s specifications. This can involve a number of tests such as immersing a prototype product in a fluid, or subjecting a product to severe variations, or checking the sealing by immersion in water in our workshops.

CITP is at ease with all of the preceding due to the fact that several of its devices are subject to the PED. Also, CITP works in close liaison with the notified bodies.

Samples are taken to be used for tests. These benchmark products are then subjected to exacting mechanical tests (stress testing, hardness testing, calcination by losses when exposed to fire in order to determine the content in terms of percent glass, resin and number of layers). This work is in partnership with the Douai Standards Institute (“École des mines de Douai”).

As regards equipment which is assembled on-site, our teams prepare the hoopings for the assembly, participates in the water testing on the worksites, in keeping with the customer’s preferences and requirements.

Likewise, our teams run tests on the piping in keeping with the customer’s preferences and requirements.
