CITP uses these raw materials, and manufacturers, in each of its factories, its own piping and related accessories. We consider this a mandatory requirement, since it gives us an excellent traceability from the raw material to the end product.

As is the case with boilermade devices, we can use solid FRP piping (vinylester, isophtalic or orthophtalic resin) made from thermoplastics/FRP (PVC, PPH, PEHD, PCDF, ECTFE, FEP, PVC-C, PEEL) or solid thermoplastic material (PVC, PPH, PEHD, PCDF, ECTFE, FEP, PVC-C, PEEL).

These pipings are generally installed on chemical sites. They can however be installed on all industrial sites where corrosion is an issue. They remain operational with aggressive fluids, depending on the material used (FRP or thermoplastic material/FRP) and temperature ranges going from -40°C to +180°C.

We consider it essential to meet all customer requirements.

We carry out a compatibility study according to your fluids, and their operating conditions and temperatures, in order to find the most suitable thermoplastics material: dual laminate or solid resin.

We carry out a host of studies: the equipment itself; flexibility; expansion; support; the various controls performed; the manufacturer dossier.

On each of our production sites, the piping department is represented by a special designated person, who becomes your sole contact person right from the initial consultation.

Trained and accredited worksite teams (RCI, RC2, H0B0V M0, H2B2V M2, Basket work, Sling work, SST, Jointing Certificate, etc.) handle the pre-fabrication and assembly of your piping and ducting networks, in keeping with your requirements.
